Booking requests
Submitting a booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed when our team contacts you. For sudden vision changes or an eye injury, call the practice, NHS 111 or 999.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as you can to cancel or move an appointment, so we can offer the time to someone else.
Fees
Fees are as published on our price list and may change. The NHS may not cover the cost of some procedures.
